Trisha has fifteen plus years of sales and medical experience working with medical professionals and in the pharmaceutical industry. Her infectious positive attitude coupled with superior communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the medical industry results in the right formula for meeting any company's hiring needs. Trisha has worked with some of the most prestigious medical institutions and medical practices in the industry, as well as leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and capital equipment companies.

Education
Trisha has a doctorate degree in Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix; she holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Connecticut, a Certificate from the American Chest Physicians in Pulmonary Health from the University of Kentucky Medical School, and a Certificate from the American Chest Physicians in Cardiology Treatment from the University of New York Medical School. She is a Certified Financial Advisor (CFA) and Financial Consultant (FnClnt). She holds the Series 7 (General Securities Registered Representative), Series 63 (The Uniform Securities Agent State Law License), Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor), Life, Health, and Variable Annuities Insurance licenses, and above all, she has held various consulting and leadership positions in her career.

Her background in direct sales, customer retention, and recruiting has enabled her to develop the necessary skills to match the right employer with the right candidate(s). In conjunction to sales, marketing, and recruiting skills, her background and education in financial negotiations have helped her to master the skills in contract negotiations, problem solving, and assisting employers in physician retention.

Stace-Ann has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Finance and Economics along with the Series 6 (Uniform Financial Advisor).

Damian Ellis brings 11 plus years of experience in the software, marketing, and EDM industry to AOMR.

Pamela Franklin-Greenway, MBA

Pamela brings 16 plus years of experience in the pharmaceutical, marketing, and biotechnology industry to AOMR. Pamela joined Association of Medical Recruiters as a partner and heads the firm's Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology division.

Pamela Franklin-Greenway is a highly experienced marketing and sales professional that brings a wide range of real-world business experience to Association of Medical Recruiters search team. By leveraging her time spent working in hospitals, home care, and pharmaceuticals companies, she brings a variety of sales/marketing and business development positions in such arenas as hospitals, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. Pamela effectively provides companies with valuable and practical assistance as it relates to their recruiting and business needs.

Pamela holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lincoln University. Along with her strong business background, Pamela has experience working with a wide range of physician specialties and pharmaceutical and biotechnology professionals.

Christina Perez-Santana, Psy.D.

Christina has ten plus years of clinical experience in the mental health field. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has worked with a wide array of clinical populations including those with developmental disabilities and the chronic mentally ill. Christina has provided therapeutic services to children and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She has over seven years of Forensic and Correctional Psychology experience including diagnostic testing and evaluations. Her experience in multiple settings has allowed her to work closely with physicians with respect to medical and psychiatric patient issues. Christina holds strong management and supervisory skills that have allowed her to guide clinical teams towards excellent patient care.

Christina holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University in Miami, Florida with a specialization in Forensic Psychology.
